REINDUSTRIALIZE
The gap
In a first factory, the product, the process and the building are one decision. When separate teams own each one, the context between them is what gets lost, and the capital plan slips by months a first-time builder cannot get back.
This is execution. It is the leg neither your investors nor your product team owns.
Where first factories, first plants and first mission-critical builds stall, every time.
Our position
The building is an extension of the product, not a shed for your work. Layout, flow and automation are product decisions, not real estate. We are the operators who make them, accountable for capacity that runs.
Built for moving inputs
As venture-backed founders ourselves, we work the way high-growth companies do, while most inputs are still changing.
Product first
The facility is downstream of the product, so we understand the product before the building.
Engineered for lights-out
Our CTO designs fully automated processes from day one.
Questions answered early
We answer the questions that kill a first build before they get asked.
What we do
Foundation Zero, our AI system, works inside the team already managing your build, with no new software to learn. Diligence is faster, decisions are faster and cost control is tighter.
Our team

Kirk Hayes
Built pilot and full manufacturing lines for a semiconductor startup: first product out in four months and a 35% throughput gain. Led new product introduction for grid-scale energy storage at Tesla. Delivered $2B and 1.2 GW of infrastructure at SunEdison, taking $72M (20%) of cost out through lean. U.S. patent holder. U.S. Marine.

Dr. Barry Clark
Led a 15-person robotics team at Bright Machines and deployed a vision- and force-controlled cobot cell. As co-CTO of SoftWear Automation, automated garment sewing and delivered a $1.25M DARPA program. Holds 4 U.S. patents in robotic vision and automated assembly. PhD in robotics and control.
